Gun case help

My new F T/R rifle is 52" long. I would prefer a hard case but a well padded soft case would be acceptable. I would appreciate your suggestions.

I've got a 50" interior Pelican V770 Vault case. A bit heavy, but it's heavy-duty enough to take just about anything you can throw at it. A bit of a lug, but I never worry about the rifle.

If you need a hard case, Pelican's got a couple of longer cases that might suit.

Your rifle may be just a bit long, but I really like the Plano Airglide cases for transporting to the range and back.

I wouldn't use one for airline travel, but they are sturdy yet light for back and forth to the range.

They list interior dimension at 50". I'll have to measure mine, because I think one of my rifles is longer than that.

My 58” Precision case just arrived. Plenty of room for my rifle. The case appears to be very stout with well balanced handle positions and foam protection. Thanks for the suggestion.

Nice! As soon as I got my first one I ordered a second one. Yeah they're expensive but they're very nice and don't have gigantic pockets that droop off the sides like cargo short pockets. Very sexy case.

I believe they ceased production on the Air Glide a couple years ago.
