Traded 2 Bats for 2 used Panda's several years ago. No quirky ignition problems anymore. Only item that needed service was a Kelbly trigger which they fixed n/c in short order.

I picked up a used Grizzly 2 a month or so ago it wasn't ejecting like it should, so I took it up to have them look at it. It had a broken extractor they took it back and put a new one in it while I waited. It now works perfect, so I asked Jim what I owed him he said nothing it was under warranty, What great service Thanks guys.

I was there when you brought the rifle in. If I remember the rifle was 7 or 8 years old too. No questions asked, they fixed it on the spot. Always great service by them.
