Shout out for Kelbly's

Have to comment on the outstanding customer service from Kelbly's. I had a 20 MOA rail that I wanted to see if I could swap for a 0 and called Kelbly's. They sent me the rail that day. Got it in two days and with it a prepaid address label to return the 20 rail. After you deal with so many half ass businesses that give short shrift to customer service, it's wonderful to find one that takes it serious.

Was visiting kids in Ohio , and thought I'd like to see their place . It was a genuine pleasure to meet Ian in person , after speaking with him several times on the phone . Jim took my son and I around the entire shop , and gave us the full cook's tour . He introduced us to George , who happened to be "hiding-out" in his loading room . Nicer people you cannot find anywhere . Yes . They are what every business should strive for in customer service and support . Funny ; but it seems to work that way when your name is on the product . They have my business , and they'll get my Son's , too .

I ordered my first (and only.....so far) Kelbly action (Atlas) last Spring. Before doing so I had some questions. Left a message on the company voicemail and Jim called me back. He treated me as if I was the only person on the planet, was calm and patient, encouraged me to call back any time with any question whatsoever. Subsequently dealt with Ian and Ryan in various stages of final ordering, keeping up on status, and delivery. Fantastic folks....all of them.

That action is currently at the 'smith.....waiting to get assembled into a new rifle. Needless to say......I'm very eager to get my hands on it!

They are the absolute best people I have ever dealt with over the years. First time I went up their to pick up a rifle they built for me Jim took me a tour of the place. I have gone up their every time to pick a rifle up and they treat you like family. I spoke with Ian the other day and he is a chip off is dads shoulder, super fellow. As far as I am concerned they are the best in the business, top tier components and the best customer service you will find anywhere in the industry. They will always have my business while their doors are open and I am still kicking.

Have one of their triggers. Needed some help setting it up and it only took one phone call. Very personable.
