GREAT SCOTT email problems

The last 4 orders that have come in, when I reply back to the customer
w/Postal Tracking info, it kicks back as undeliverable. The customer isnt getting the first verification their order has been received that's produced by the web site

I received a question from a Russell Myers about the clamping width of my barrel vise.
Russel if you read this it's ONE INCH. When I replied to you it kicked back, then I tried sending
w/o my web site and it also kicked back. ANYONE have any ideas as to whats going on??? LDS

I'd start by reading the rejection / NDR you're getting about why the message couldn't be delivered.

Shot in the dark.
If your email account has been hacked and was used to send a whole bunch of spam, the email provider could have blocked your account.

As rijndael suggested, read the NDR message. It can give you a reason for the bounce back.
Also, email is very dependent on domain name service (DNS) for resolving domain mail servers. So, I would suggest checking to make sure your DNS service is running and connected to the internet.

Another common problem I've seen, is the mail server storage gets full. Old emails need to get deleted off the server.

This is very very likely. My wife tried sending me an email this morning on my Gmail and it wouldn't allow it because I didn't have any more storage freed up.
