Yes, my Lee looked like the dog had been chewing on the pin after quite a bit of use.Are they significantly better than the $15.98 Lee decapper?
I love my Mighty Armory die, but I wouldn't say it's significantly better. The main thing I hated about the Lee is the collet. It has to be torqued down to about 5 million ft lbs or the pin gets pushed up...especially with crimped pockets. Are they significantly better than the $15.98 Lee decapper?
A few winters ago I went to work on a 5 gal. bucket full of Lake City 5.56- the Navy reserve used to use our range to qualify. My dad was the R.O. at the time. Are they significantly better than the $15.98 Lee decapper?

That's crazy...I posted on this forum awhile ago about a stainless pin being stick in my case that I didn't know about and the MA decapper bent it. The decapping pin is still in perfect condition.I bent 3 MA pins this year doing some moderate 9mm loading with range pickup brass. Some of the flash holes were way off center. One pin bent and went thru the side of the case on my progressive. That was fun trying to get it off.
MA is better than a standard decapper, but MA is not indestructable.
