Don't know but I've been known to use it occasionally. My parents of German ancestry used it often

What would be your choice and why. For lots of rounds down range for a varmint gun. 18" is preffered. Also twist rates, stay with a 1-8 or go to a 12 twist? 243 243 ai 6xc 6gt 6x47L

As stated earlier: “ For Sell”, “want to sale”, “Forrester, Forester” in ads may just be an oversight as spell check takes over and a failure to review is at fault.
But when when I hear “Zee-is”, “Smith & Bender”, or the ultimate cringe: “Swa-vor-ski”, I just have to walk away.

I dont get it. Why cant people come up with stuff thats more believable. Like “I stayed out too late with the boys the other night and came home drunk. Boy the wife was PISSED. And I woke up to her taking my gun apart. Can ya help me out?”

"Rails": Don't we ever use scope mounts any more?
"Tips": Some guys think that there are "tips" at the end of their ammunition
"Just saying": I really hate that. A way for some to say something, but you can't hold them accountable for saying it, or at least, that is what they think.
"Leopold" Scopes: A scope brand I have never seen.
"Forester" reloading equipment: Another brand I have never seen

I've been laughing my butt off at all of these replies. Along the same line are those who make excruciatingly long rambling posts full of random spelling and capitalizations, inconsistent punctuation (commas. periods or just old ...) and spacing along with manic 'hahaha' and other wandering content that just makes my poor old head spin.
 
The part was "in tac" or "in tact". Uhm, "tac" isn't even a word. Intact, maybe? Wearing a saddle and bridle? Turning your boat in relation to the wind?
Loading powder "over" bullets. That just makes a mess.
Using "bore" to mean "groove diameter". Especially with the mythical German barrel Gew 88 having a .318" "bore". Not in a Germany on Planet Earth.
"Loupy", "Winnie", Remmy" etc. I'm not in Kindergarten.

Add in "at the end of the day" , "jaw dropping" and "having said that". Useless overworked phrases in the same ilk as the words awesome, chilling, concerning.

Attention to detail: a smith that did 2 , 22 BR Lapua spelled it twice, incorrectly .

There were many of the newer plastic Lapue , Lupue cartridge boxes in plain sight.
