Might have to contact Tubb and see if he has some of his “Fire Lap” stuff in 22RF…FWIW, there are a couple good smiths of the opinion that in some cases you’ll never shoot some burrs smooth.

I didn't go to ARA Indoor Nationals this year. So secondhand info. But didn't Joe shoot a used Anschutz custom that he bought for a bargain price off of one of these forums? I've shot with Joe a couple times recently here in TX and I wish I would've thought to ask him about itHe builds all of Joe Besche's rifles, and Besche won the ARA Indoor Championship a few months ago
The rifle Joe used was bought at a gun show, unknown custom barrel. Why some of the equipment lists can't be trusted. You fill out the form months ahead of the match, things change.I didn't go to ARA Indoor Nationals this year. So secondhand info. No one that I know would consider “Fire Lap” ammo…
I had an interesting conversation with Joe this year regarding barrel weights, tuners and mid barrel tuners. He has some specific and well thought out theories and his results speak for themselves. The rifle Joe used was bought at a gun show, unknown custom barrel. In NC do that- look up Robert Oats. You will get a rifle and whatever you need to go with itGo to your nearest ARA match. Take $4000 cash.

Usually he has several in the truck
Everything in the world that is for sale will be gone today if the price is right.Kenyon Anschutz 1913
I'm surprised at the lack of interest.
Where in PA are you? Come to Harrisburg and shoot it.
I have a bore scope if you want to have a look...Tom
Your choice but, FWIW a 1913 will not run with the average custom, 20” threaded bbl is not a plus, and your ask is not even close.Kenyon Anschutz 1913

Fair questions.Thank you and a couple questions please. Can I assume the Kenyon Schneider barrel is up to speed? What aspect of the receiver is lacking? Is Kenyon not considered a custom builder?
Please I am looking for advice you won't hurt my feelings.
