Seriously, on rifles made after 1961, there will be a two digit date stamped on the left side of the barrel near the receiver. After 1978 Anschutz began using a two letter code shown below.
On rifles before 1961 which have no date, it may be possible to estimate the year of manufacture based on the serial number. For any rifle post 1961 that for some reason has no date stamp, a serial number can be used to date the receiver.

Models before 1977 have the last two digits of the year stamped on the barrel's left side near the area where the barrel enters the receiver.
after 1977 they used a letter code such as HK=79
