Good day -- 6BR 10-shot Success

Lads, I had a relatively good day! This morning after it warmed up a bit, I got on the tractor and ran the disc over some corn ground that we turned over with a turning plow, tightened up the Kiwi trellis, watered them, got my trusty 6mm BR out this afternoon and proceeded to shoot a 10 shot string , not benchrest quality but plenty good enough for coyotes and bobcats. The results are in the attached pics, as usual after shooting I clean. Since I was running low on 6 BR ammo I decided to load up a fresh 50 with my favorite recipe. I had the usual quality control inspector supervising every move I made. Just a good all around day in the country. Thank goodness for living in the country with a benchrest next to the barn less than a 100' from my back door!

I love the 6 and 22br cartridges, have both and they are both shooter's. I use both of mine for coyotes and they do a good job. The 6br lays them down better in my opinion.

Nothing wrong with your 10 shot group.

A little background on the load? Bullet, powder, primer maybe velocity if you have the numbers.

65 Hndy V Max, CFE 223, Lapua brass, CCI 450, don't recall the exact velocity, fast enough to take out yotes as far as I can see them around here. Death to yotes and bobcats! As a plus its just an all-round fun to shoot! Rarely do those bullets exit the animal and they just sort of slump on the spot.

This particular ginger cat is a really loving cat,,,,, he has a habit of getting in the way especially when I am throwing powder! We have a Russian Blue that is really an A**hole, he only wants to be nice when he is hungry. He also has given up his inspector status in favor of lazy cat of the house. He is also the designated bully of our Lab/Aussie, Digger. Outweighs him by 80 lbs and terrified.

I started loading 6BR last year after reloading for 15yrs. Its my favorite caliber to shoot. With Berger Hybrids and Varget its unreal how accurate it is
