Good day and bad day at range

That was not a BS question. I have read a dozen times on this site where the custom manufactories' actions are built with such close tolerances that they are virtually interchange able. Even some production guns are very close. I have two Savage Model 12 Benchrests. As near as I could measure they are within .0025" of being interchangeable.

My 2 bat ds's have different head space. ,002 or something close to that. But i have swapped them accidentally, about 20 rounds when testing.

Yep I've forgot ammo to test range 40min drive.

Know a guy that drove 8 hrs to a match....
No ammo..... He seemed disappointed but not raving mad.

Well I plan on finding or makeing something that I can leave most of my stuff in. I can leave it in the garage ands then grab and go.
