Good affordable scope

I have a 6mmbr with a Krieger barrel. I will shoot 100 yds. most of the time. What power and brand would you suggest? Idon't want to go over $500.

if your paper punching weaver 36X works real well my 6ppc shoots in the ones when its calm or i read the wind. sightron is about the same quality for less than $500___treeman

Thanks for your advise. Iwas leaning toward a weaver. Are the new ones as good as the old ones?

the glass may be a little better but the acurracy is on par with the old weaver accu-trac. i've got an old 4-12X40 and i wish it had target knobs.___treeman
