Getting ready for CMP

John made the cut for CMP Nationals in June so spending more time on sporter than I'd like. I figured by this time John would be strictly precision standing & smallbore, but making the cut with CMP changed things a bit. I gave him the option to skip going to CMP, but he felt this would be disrespectful to his team and coaches in sporter, as well to me & his self as he did earn his spot. So if you are going to do something you should do your best. He quit baseball to work on shooting it seems to agree with him. He shot a postal a couple weeks ago and is currently leading. Not bad scores for 3pos sporter. I think he still has a few more points left, but think he is making progress. Wanted to keep you all updated on him as it's a pretty slow time right now.

That's the x count group. She is very good, they shoot electronic targets, have a sweat range and are precision so major gun modification and coat, pants, shoes for shooting. In precision John is upper 580s to 590s if he has been practicing. Right now he is doing a lot of sporter and smallbore as that's what we are shooting for nationals, Sept. forward he will eat & sleep precision and smallbore.
