Since all of mine have to be fire formed to either BRA or Dasher, I do little but seat a bullet for a hard jam, use cheap components and form the proper case. On BRA I also have to turn the outside of the next down to .0115" and after doing Dasher, need to turn them just a little.


After fire forming maybe more turning, annealing, cleaning, pocket uniforming etc. Then good to go.

Getting ready to do some 260AI right now. Cheap bullets, soft primers, odd powder and a slight jam just in case to get the AI case made properly.

For 30BR, I blow them out to make what is essentially a factory 30BR case If such an animal existed.

Turn the necks, trim to .1.540 length, chamfer the inside and outside, fire once more to get everything right, take em to the line.

For 6BR, trim them all to 1.555, grn the necks for my .269 chamber, chamfer the necks, load, fire, take them to the line.
