What that means is we all need to start buying lots of powder and then leave in mature like fine wine in a bottle for 15 years, before it's ready to use.

-One has to beat the present record by 0.0009"to set a new record
-His 0.0027 beat the old record by a factor of 3 using that measurement criteria
-Squeaked in, Smashed it, Crushed it, Slide in sideways, however he did it its a great accomplishment.
-Congradulations to one of(IF NOT) the best Rail Gun Shooters in the NBRSA (OR USA).
- If you go to a rail gun match and Gary is competing you will be shooting for 2nd place.
