Gary Ocock Shoots New NBRSA Record

I think the improvement in equipment can be more easily seen when you compare aggregates and grands from then to now.

Not take take anything away from the group record holders, but one group is one group.
I believe your observation has merit. However, I think another factor is important to consider too, and that would be today's education that is available through the internet and classes put on by experienced shooter. I know that I have gained a great deal of information from watching YouTube and presentations from individuals regarding the equipment and learning about shooting in general. That information was just not as easy to come by 25 years ago. More shooter being educated has to increase the possibility of new records with new and old technology..

Those records range from the 80’s to present. Hard to determine anything from that except some skilled shooters could get thru several days of shooting in conditions.

Congrats to Mr. O’clock for a great group!

Correct. And as there have been many things tried over the years to promote the sport, I believe this effort is the best so far.

Added...if they make anything at all for there efforts on this, more power to them.

I've know these guys for years, and I'd say, $$$ is not their intent.
