We use Nickel based anti-seize on all of our stainless threads, no matter what. Whether it's a bolt in a stainless, explosion proof panel or a target mounting bolts on the end of a shaft. I did find out that if your working in a hot fab shop in the middle of summer, sweat keeps running in your eyes and you wipe your brow with a little anti-seize on your arm you didn't know was there...
Don't grab a towel and think it's getting wiped off. The smallest dab of anti-seize mixed with sweat will perfectly coat your entire face a nice dark grey without realizing it was even on your arm. Nothing like working with a painted face for an hour until you get in front of a mirror and realize what a psycho you look like, lol.
Anyway, I'm a big fan of AeroShell M33 and high temp bearing grease depending on the application. I usually carry enough of it home every day embedded in my clothes and hands to lube a rifle or two, just can't seem to get enough...
