It is Richard Franklins of Richards Custom Rifles . I have a Hall action and a Lilja barrel on this one and it's chambered to the 17 ppc. I have a page on it on my web site. Varmints For Fun . The wood is Rutland laminated wood, the color is Desert Camo. Hope that helps a little!

Can't imagine why I omitted that checkbox. Thanks for the reply and heads-up on PM. That is one handsome rifle. Will look into Richards stocks more. I will also forward your pic to a friend that is into .17's. It will humble him.
