What do you mean by "stabilize" ?
What do you mean by "hunting" ?
If it is zero drift, things that help are: wipe down everything with a dryer sheet, add a ground wire to the ground terminal, eliminate drafts, use the draft shields, don't breathe on it while measuring,
Use a 110v supply outlet that is not also connected to a fluorescent light.

@kawsam62s I have observed that unplugging the scale from power while it is on does a reset.
