FTF problem

Always a question, is the group size due to the rifle, reloading, bench skiles or crappy bullets.

This one is easy. If it is a GOOD group then it's due to my reloading and bench skills. If it is a BAD group then it's the conditions, the barrel, or crappy bullets......

I jammed them too long.
Had to push the bolt pretty hard.
They fired and grouped well.
