Front sight

I need to buy a new front sight for my rifle and have decided on Medesha because they will fit the bushing to my barrel. Anyway they come in 18mm and 22mm and eventually I want to be using the 22mm front. Does anyone make an adapter so I can use my 18mm iris and magnifier in the 22mm sight? Until I can afford a new 22mm iris and lens. I just don't have another $200 right now. Thanks.

You should have just gotten a Right Sight with a custom base.
