Front Screw Insert

I need to replace the front screw insert used by many stock builders for ADL type fronts.Greg West built the stock on my bench gun. Mr West passed in 2011, and I can,t find where to replace the insert. I hope it has part No. and is not a custom part. Look for any help . Thanks Tommy Mc...

If you are referring to the front action screw escutcheon, like the ones on a Rem 700 ADL, they are available from Brownell's. If I have an extra one I'll send it to you. PM me an address.

Doc the part I need looks like a one inch disc countersunk washer if you will. Thanks for the offer.. Tommy C..

What attaches to the screw? Is it a sling swivel point or a bedding type screw? The center one.

The hexhead capscrew goes through the insert. It seats below the wood level of the stock. I wish I had a picture It would help. Because it hard to explain. But I do thank you for your time Tommy MC..

Doc the washer part of the insert is one inch dim. the shaft or guide is your 5/8 in. I have something wrong with my system, It will not let me send a picture. The only thing I can think of is, If you go Richard Franklins web. site. He used what I need.So you ask why don,t you ask Richard. I have tried No Luck I hate to be wasting your time. But one picture will solve the problem. To bad I can,t seend one.. A big Thanks Tommy mc..
