It’s the same target on bright white paper, lighter shade of blue and no square. Somebody thought it would be easier to focus on and see bullet holes. No conspiracy theory, new organization equals new target. You should know there’s only one way to get a fair comparison and that’s to be on the same relay, sitting next to who it is your measuring dicks with.

I'm going to translate it as ( REAL McCoy 23 - RM 23)

Mystery solved I just found out what R M 23 means on the 600 yard targets.

It's the person who designed the target and his name is Robby Miles in 2023. (RM23)
