FPS V2 Qualifier at Bayou Rifles 1K Matches

Bayou Rifles will be adding an FPS V2 qualifier match after the normal monthly 3X20 1000 yd matches starting on June 6th. It will consist of two additional pair fire matches of 15 shots each shot at 1000 yds. An aggregate will be published of the combined 3x20 string fire and 2x15 pair fire matches and submitted to the FPS. It will be a separate event so shooters do not need to participate if they do not wish to but will be open to all. Even sling shooters! Additional details will be published in the match program when sign up opens on May 30th.

For all those interested, JohnnyI and OmarA are volunteering to shoot 6mm Dashers (no 7mm Seal Team "Dashers") at this first match to get this a great launch, and try and attract as many shooters as possible. Please applaud this selfless act.

I’ve volunteered to load Johnny and Omar’s ammo. Will be using Hornady amax bullets with a case full of H1000 with whatever primers I can scrounge up. It’s the least I could do….
