Same as Sandy Hook, which had alot of issues in my mind. Primarily the off duty officer caught evading the scene running through the woods. It was all over the news and then disappeared

Its easy to Monday Morning QB this and be snarky. But realize there is a difference between an ACTIVE SHOOTER and a barricaded suspect/potentially hostage situation.

Active shooters are mobile.

My question for you would be, how much force on force training you've had?

This is my understanding per watching Fox and Friends this morning. But just to be clear, David didn't say they were standing around. I'm not arguing about it . I'm privy to the facts as they come available like everyone else. More to come.

Nor did I accuse him, but I wanted on record that narrative is false. And David certainly brought up that it is the narrative.

I am the OP, who are you directing your question to? My original post was talking about lame ass Wayne and his lame ass line up of singers. Any singer that backs out of a NRA convention based on their CAREER was the wrong choice for singer.

My question for you would be, how much force on force training you've had?

I'm not an expert, don't profess to have many answers, but I've done some.

I'm not Monday morning QB'ing anything. I'm just pointing out things that look odd. It would be amazingly neive to pass judgement when our 'facts' seem to change day to day. And, they're filtered.

I would also point the PD has already admitted to some faults in their news conferences

The only thing I'm concluding/re-inforcing is: No one is coming to save you.

I love STOP THE KILLING rule.
If I were a passing human and seeing this unfold, until police shoot me in the back to stop me, I would make my way straight to the shooter(even while unarmed). I would die, but maybe the assailant would miss me with a couple shots. Maybe it would take more than one shot to stop me.
Every shot my way would be one less child killed, and buy that much distraction for others to act.
Simple as that.

It's terrifying out there, and I am afraid now,, but not of death
