If you are lazy like me… you can use the large side for 223 seating and mandrel but if you are going to size .223, flip to small… or keep a stuck case remover handy …

You can size 223 with the large side as long as you lube the case and brush the necks.

IMHO The quick change jaws are fantastic. I really didn't like the originals. The quick change jaws don't have the retarded way one side grabs more than the other on the original. I didnt like the need for always adjusting the screw tension. Love my Co-Ax press.
