Donovan,
Nothing is wrong with what we have, but the idea of one rifle setup that can have a class to be shot at 100, 200, 300, group and score, 600 and maybe more is an interesting concept.
I'm not sure what you are after but here goes,I have fun shooting or I wouldn't do it.
I've shot against you in MT at 1000yd BR. I have an IBS VFS 30BR that I just built for local IBS matches and will be building a HBR rifle soon for both NBRSA and IBS. I have a .260 Rem and .223 Rem that are set up for Tactical shooting scenarios that are part of next years plans also. My actions are Savage, Lawton and a couple of my own. I shoot one way or another most every weekend and sometimes at work because I work for an ammunition company in R&D Engineering for rifle bullets, mostly for Law Enforcement applications. All is good.
So what's next? Can all of the inputs be summarized and a narrowed down to a few concepts that are the most popular and realistic?
Rory D.
