SELLING For Sale Unknown Lyman 48 long slide receiver sight

This is a Lyman 48 Long slide receiver sight that I have no idea what it fits It appears to fit on the R/S of a flat receiver. The mounting holes are 9/16" on centerThe only markings are on the back of the vertical slide They are MB92. I have the Nick Stroebel sight book and cant find anything about it.
