Maybe someone here has run into the same situation.
A friend asked me to try his FF BR 2.1 trigger yesterday after a match. Not sure what the trigger pull was, after about 1/4 inch of take up it stopped and then easily and cleanly fired, but it was not nearly as light as factory and more like a two stage trigger.
My friend said he adjusted it by the instructions.
I cannot for the life of me figure out where the take up issue came from and am reluctant to try adjusting it for him.
Just for the record I have four of these triggers and couldn't be happier with mine. The first two came out of the box at .7 oz. pull, and the next two came closer to .9 oz. All I did to mine was increase the trigger pull to just under 1-1/4 oz.
So, has anyone run into this? Is it a real problem? Or, just readjust it?
Thanks,
John
