Flat bridge mauser scope mount needed

I have a Newton rifle that's a flat bridge mauser action. Previous owner had it drilled & Tapped. He had a shim of some type but the scopes I've tried on it don't have enough elevation to zero. Anybody know of someone that makes a flat-bottomed 20 MOA mount for this type of rifle?

I doubt there is a specific 'flat-bottomed 20 MOA mount for this type of rifle?', based on the age of the rifle and probable lack of necessity of a 20 MOA rail from that period.;)

However, if you can post some sharp, detailed pictures of the action and the mounting areas, there are plenty of gunsmiths who post here who should be able to dream up a solution after seeing the visuals. But we have to have something more tangible than a description.
