Flat bridge mauser scope mount needed

I have a Newton rifle that's a flat bridge mauser action. Previous owner had it drilled & Tapped. He had a shim of some type but the scopes I've tried on it don't have enough elevation to zero. Anybody know of someone that makes a flat-bottomed 20 MOA mount for this type of rifle?

I doubt there is a specific 'flat-bottomed 20 MOA mount for this type of rifle?', based on the age of the rifle and probable lack of necessity of a 20 MOA rail from that period.

However, if you can post some sharp, detailed pictures of the action and the mounting areas, there are plenty of gunsmiths who post here who should be able to dream up a solution after seeing the visuals. But we have to have something more tangible than a description.
