Flash Hole uniforming???

I have a bunch of 223 once-fired brass from shooting my Hornady ammo. I want to start resizing and reloading them for 20P. Does it make sense to uniform the flash hole with my K&M tool?

I would. The only brass I don’t uniform is Lapua. I just finished up some lake city and man there were a lot burrs. Some were so bad I had to use a rubber jar opener to hold the brass with.

MMS, I only shoot Lapua, but I use the K&M, there's burr's in them too.
