I loaded ten Hammers and ten Gungnir 105's and headed out with a Viper actioned Dasher. The barrel was old but rechambered at 2500 rounds. Old Kosty barrell. I coated bullets with Boron Nitrate and needed to get the clean barrel coated with BN.
Also I was breaking in a new to me, used NF NXS 8 x 32 DD reticle I just purchased off the board here.
First shot after bore sighting had good elevaton but windage was bad left, almost off paper and it did hit my rebar target stand. I dialed it in and 2nd shot was within a inch of where I needed to be.
Dialed it in and now I am ready to shoot 4 Hammers and 4 Gungnir round robin, alternating between the two so that the wind and heat on barrel should not favor either bullet.
