First time shooting this gun

First time shooting this gun after fire forming brass . It is a XP100 Remage 6BR , 30.5 gr Varget and 65 gr DIABLOS . .003 into rifling , .001 neck tension , barrel is a Wilson 1:8 24 " barrel , 5 shot groups and I should have made 3 shot groups tell I find my best load . 12/4/2023

This is the gun the stock has every action of every gun I own in it A kelby , a Hall , a ranger arms and two different Remington . and now a XP100 with a Urbanrifleman Wilson barrel . Scope is a old B&L 6-24 power .
I changed the bolt handle fluted the bolt and put a lever type bolt release on the other side . And trued the action . And I need to make a new trigger guard for this action .

Nice build sir!….never tried a Wilson I always use Kriegers and Harts but looks like I should give urbanrifleman a call

Urban Rifleman made my 6BR barrel and I can't say enough good things about the Wilson barrel and his service.

Brad is working on a 20P barrel for me now that I'm really looking forward to getting.

Here's my 5 shot 6BR group with 105 Bergers. This was my last rounds of the day.

Started production today. Now just to catch up and make all these barrels.

Went out and did some target work to day 12/11/23 . All 3 shot groups and different setting depths . Looks like I'll work with the .005 out of the rifling , and .035 out is pretty good . . what do you think ?

PS: all with 30.7 gr Varget .

5 out and 5 in I bet both shoot good. Seems to be a thing.

I would repeat that seating depth test at least 3 times.

One thing I like to do in all testing is keep all increments in order on the target so it is easy to see similarities or trends in POI. Then I simply choose sometimes the middle of the most consistent area and fine tune there.

But I like .005 I think.

On my other 6BR .005 off lands is what I use , and looks like this one is going to be the same .
