One other thing, I thought the performance of the 150 grain ballistic tip was pretty good. Not only do they shoot really well out of all the 30-06s that I’ve had but they usually drop the deer PDQ. Started out at about 3030 fps and impacting at 100 yards @ 2800 ish. It busted through both shoulders coming to rest under the hide on the off side. Weighs 90.4 grains and held together surprisingly well.
