First Responder, Pay it Forward

Terry

I'd like to donate a chambering job to a First Responder. Thread, chamber, and threaded for brake or tuner.

You pay shipping, I'll do the rest, without charge.

Post:. I'll take it, and PM me.

That’s wonderful, I’m a first responder but I don’t need anything done but thank you on behalf of all of us for the gesture

I’ll take it.... but shipping and licensing to West Australia might be a bit prohibitive.

very generous gesture

When the wife brings home Moose Tracks ice cream I am the first to ask for a cup. Do I qualify as a first responder?

Former fire chief here, thank you but God has blessed me generously! That sir is a very kind offer!

Super appreciative of that @Terry . Like the others, I'm not in need of work, but maybe some hard working blue collar truck driver is - those guys kept the country going during the early pandemic days, and that makes them tops in my book!

That is really nice. My job is kinda off the radar as a first responders, but we are from bo-bo’s to CPR, lost kids to lost dogs. Your offer is very nice.

Very generous offer here Terry. I grew up and went to school by you in Sun Prairie. I was part of a volunteer dept in a small farm community close by there years back. I’m currently a Captain on a rural volunteer dept in NM, with zero income. I’ve actually been seriously looking at rechambering a barrel that I have. However I’m not ready to have it done yet. Hopefully you get the right person for your generosity.

25 years LEO thank you for helping out a first responder if you get no offers maybe a local police department will need some work on a sniper rifle. Now that some crazy A** citizens want to de found the police.

That's an awesome offer Terry. As a 15 year LEO I thank you on behalf of all first responders. I, like others, am set but I was considering perhaps checking in with any of your local ranges or clubs for up and coming new match participants who may want to become a staple in the sport but may be a little light in the dollars right now. At the club where I participate in the the matches, an award is usually given to the last place finisher. It is not meant to be a joke or insult but rather an incentive for that new shooter to move up into more prominent equipment to fuel the enthusiasm. As an example, there was a reent new shooter who shot F T/R with a factory Rem700 sniper platform on a Harris bipod. At the end, he was rather disappointed with his outcome but he was awarded a barrel certificate and when he came to the following match, he had his new barrel installed on the gun and finished much better. The enthusiasm in his voice when I spoke with him was well worth it. We all need to help grow the enthusiasm for the shooting sports any way we can.
Thank you again.
