How many .260 Ackly rounds did you get before barrel went away? What speed and what bullet? Want to know what to expect for mine.

I got a total of 2000 +or_ 30" R5 Obermeyer SS H4831 SC at 2870 142 Sierra's
I fire Formed with R-19 and 142's at 600 yards shot a few 597's out of 600
R-19 never worked after fire forming ? 4831sc is outstanding.

I shoot 4831sc now in my 6.5x55 with 142's and 140 Berger HB. I have a hard time keeping it below 2900 FPS
this one has a 32" R5

thanx. i am shooting 140 Hybrids at 2950 with H4350 over a 30 inch Brux. Hogdon is very temperature forgiving.
