Fired BRA case length with .350 comparator?

Hey all - continuing to diagnose a prior issue just to root cause how it happened. I already fixed the issue itself.

While not all comparators give the same measurements and chamber depth might vary a bit, I was hoping to get a few answers that might provide a spectrum I could average.

So please give me a measurement if you can.

Interesting the first response is using a whidden .350 comparator (but thanks obviously). I also have a whidden comparator that he sent along with his die set and its the only comparator that i've ever seen where its got a chamfored inside edge of the hole, some undetermined depth, and unspecified angle. This makes mine read 20 thou short of a run of the mill .350 hornady comparator that most people have. No idea why he would choose to do that...

Any chance you also have a hornady .350 to measure with @foxguy ?

thanks for measuring either way!

Measured more than a few with the Hornady .350 comparator and kept coming up with 1.176" +/- out of the Panda brass.
The Borden brass measure 1.174" - 1.175"

This might not help you because its not a measurement but I switched to this style from Whidden. Its sold in caliber familys and mine is BR family and it is the most simple thing to use ever. Drop in a case, screw on the lid and read the numbers. Works on primed or loaded as well. My fired brass comes out at +.004 so I set my die to get the case to read +.002. BTW new Lapua brass measures at 0 or -.001. They may have them for the BRA family as well?

Using my Hornady .350 tool I get 1.172/1.1725 on fired brass. Sized of course is .002 less.

My Hornady bushing measures .349/.3495 ID. It has a very fine edge break but no discernible chamfer.
