Fire Forming With 107s

Is there some special reason to use SMK 107s to fire form 6BRX cases? I have several other less expensive bullets on the shelf. Thanks. Later! Frank

The accuracy factor is worth the extra cost to me. Tried couple others and the 107s are a lot more accurate. I intend to FF during a 600yd match this weekend.

I have fireformed with both 107s and 105 AMAXs. I was very surprised that the accuracy was so good with the AMAXs. I would not hesitate to shoot a match at 600 yards while forming with them. Although @ 30.0 gr. of Varget, they are only going about 2,750 fps out of a 31" barrel, they grouped incredibly well at 200 yards with 1/2 x-ring vertical spread. Just need to be "on" your wind calls and they should hammer. Saves unnecessary barrel wear and component usage as well.
