fire forming ackley's

I am going to build a 6.5x55 a.i. and was wondering if it would be good to have my old model swede mausern improved at the same time so I could fireform my cases in it wit out wearing my custom rifles barrel out fire forming brass I know they shoot very good fire forming brass but I would like the added velocity when shooting the 5.5x55 ai in my custom gun. any idea's on doing this? What kind of brand of rifle are you building and could it be a switch barrel.Buy a used worn out 6.5 barrel for forming and shoot the good barrel.I wouldny alter your old swede because if you ever sold it or something there would be someone to figure out how to blow it up.

Thanks guy's that would be good so I could be shooting the same rifle when forming brass! It would be a rem or a custom clone such as a stiller so switch barrel is something that would not be a problem.
Also on another subject how much of a barrel shank would a person have to get in order to set barrel back a time or two?
