Going from fire forming 284 Shehane to match loads

I know all rifles are different, but I worked up a good load on fire forming brass and was wondering what the majority of shooters was having to add to there fire forming load to get back to get back to the same accuracy.
Thanks in advance.

I fire hydroformed brass with 52gr h4350 and 168gr bullets. 180's i find really hammer the brass pressure wise so I give them at least one soft firing to harden the cases a little before moving up to higher pressure loads. Vertical in first firings is good enough for club matches. The 162 eld x bullet seems ok as well but I like and save my bergers for competition.
