me neither, I photographically memorize everything where it is
and can find things 5 years later even when I havent been in the garage in months
when I organize, or try to, it has to be very slow and small steps spread out over time.
I once lost a whole rifle barrel and couldnt find it because I organized my closet haha
and could not remember where I put it

Found it again months later in a tube at work, it was suppose to be in the closet with the other barrels
I am OCD more with my machine work, hand work, not my cleaning and organization skills
Respect.....
Give it time. We all started off with a mostly clean bench then the square footage gets to be square inches.
I’m on a similar path. I bought a mark 7 apex 10. Just getting it rolling. So fun. I hope
