RCBS SERVICE

After weeks of unpacking, organizing and ordering supplies I finally got to get some actual reloading time in. Got a bunch of new brass as well as lots of fired brass and I'm full length resizing them all. Started working on the 223 brass and managed to snap off the pin and get the case stuck in the die.

Called RCBS and explained that I must not have used enough sizing lube. The gentleman asked me what I was using for lube and I explained that I was using the spray lube that came with the new reloading press that I'd just purchased. He informed me that they had another lube that RCBS puts out that he thinks works better. He then told me he'd send a new die to me together with a bottle of the lube he'd mentioned. He asked me to send the die with the stuck brass to him, he said they'd remove the brass and polish up the die and send it back to me, that way I'd have a backup die for the future.

Every time I deal with RCBS service they somehow manage to just keep getting better and better. Every reloading tool I have is RCBS.

Amen, brother. I had a similar experience . . . I lost a part from my progressive press and they sent me a replacement part immediately. I offered to pay and they wouldn't hear of it.

I am still in awe of how a company can keep such 1st class customer service for so long.
My first experience with them dates to 1963. It's an impressive run by anyone's standards.

They have never argued with me , just great C/S every time.. Never cost extra either... Thats what keeps me coming back , you call they help..

+1. Great company to deal with. My tumbler finally died after 20 yrs. of hard use. Motor locked up. I sent it in to be repaired fully expecting to pay for the repair, and rightfully so after 20 yrs. They sent me a letter apologizing for the inconvenience along with a brand new tumbler. All this and no charge. Just amazing in this day and age. :):)
