Felt cleaning pellets

I see most of the Felt cleaning pellets on Brownells oare on back order or out of stock.
Do you guys use them or are they falling out of favor and they wish to not restock???

I use them with JB bore paste and like them a lot.
I also buy the next size larger to clean out the carbon in the neck area/transition.

I posted on here a while back about having only .020-.030 throat wear after around 1,750-2,000rds down my 6.5x47L barrel and someone posted back that "whatever your doing keep doing it.." Well, one thing I do is use the VG felt pellets off the Brownells website.. I also use the KG Industries cleaning systems, only using the KG bore polish every 500-600rds... I love the felt pellets they're great!!

I looked at Amazon and e bay and they have the felt pellets but maybe not in the caliber you might want.
Contacted Brownells and they list all the pellets under the title 'Weapons Care System Pellets'.
Not all are stock and the small count boxes maybe not available but the 500 count packs seem to be in stock for some of the items.
The part numbers are 929-100-022WB for the 22 and so forth.
Hope this helps. At least you can order and back order what you might like.

Used them for years. Greatest thing since sliced bread!

Use them for both RF and CF. I like the move agressive pellet that has slivers of brass imbedded in the felts. In the past, we just placed an order for what was wanted...it will eventually deliver. I just use these to scrub the chamber area at each cleaning so the carbon ring never develops. Hoppes sells both a 12" & 18" brass "loop rod" that works perfect for scrubbing the chamber.
