Federal primer ?????

Does the Federal Small rifle Match Primer GM205M have the thicker cup, as the CCI BR4's and 450's? Will they handle the 30br pressures Thanks for any info.

As you can see it doesn't have the thickest cup. But it will handle any sane load even in the competition cartridges. Its proven its accuracy edge in several rifles so its all I use now.

That article is going on 18 years old. Has anyone checked primer cup thickness lately? I don't pierce primers, but things do change and I'm curious.

The Federal small match primers are all I have shot in my 30BR. Thousands - and no problems here either

I've had two misfires out of the same brick of 205M lately in a 222 and a 6br you guys had any problems. I switched to 450M NO MORE PROBLEMS.
