SURVEY: What small rifle primer are you using for 308/Varget ?

S&b small rifle primers with Peterson brass

My test was with Lapua brass

Remington 7 1/2. I got more consistent ignition with these than any other. Smaller cases, Tula SRM, but .308 size cases, I use the Remington 7 1/2s.

I'm going to give these a go when I get home from the Sierra Cup. I've heard several shooters I respect say they work great and that's what they use. I guess we'll see. Funny, I've shot H-4895 exclusively in 308 till I tried a K&#%@%& 4 grove barrel and it just doesn't like it. It's probably going to become a tomato stake when I get back from St. Louis. Back to a Bart 5R.
