Federal 210M availablility

Apologies if this has already been discussed in another post - I did a search and didn't turn up anything that I could find.

Does anyone know what's behind the inavailability of Federal 210M? I've checked a few online vendors and they are all out stock. The person I talked to at Powder Valley said that they'd be out of stock for a few months at least.

My dealer told me that the war effort was talking a lot of reloading
supplies.:thumb: I am not going to complain about that, however I am
going to stock up when ever I find primers etc.

Doug, the CCI BR4 is the small primer - the BR2 is the large - just make sure to order the right size! I noted that Graf's now has the Russian primers again, you may want to consider them as well, they are excellent in every regard. I'm now using the Russian large and small for 99.9% of my reloading,the remainder being fire-forming loads etc. where I use up old stock of other primers). If and when I run out of Russians, I'll go back to CCI BR.

Yes they do seem to be in short supply---now have 3k of them so I will be ok for about a year or so! I do not know of any of the big mail order places that have any right now. I got mine from JD at Speedys and he has a few thousand more but that is it.

I got 5k of the 215M Federals from Midsouth yesterday --- they had 68k more and after that did not know when they would get anymore. The primer situation will be getting worse before it gets any better at least with Federal from the information I have been getting. You can thank the DPAS rated contracts for that.
