Factory Class

I have a Ruger Model 77 MII in the .223 Target set up. The best group I've gotten out of this barrel is .274 @ 100yds. Is there and option for a new barrel, and still be in the Factory Class. I know Davidson used to barrel the early Ruger rifles, but I have no idea where to find one. And, of course, Ruger doesn't make a spare barrel.
