Action: BAT Model M - Right Bolt, Right Eject with a 338 Lapua ejection port, no ejector - just a great action as I have two of them and can swap barrels between the two and both shoot well and headspace essentially the same
Trigger: Jewell BR - never had problems with them
Barrel: Bartlein or Brux - Had success with both. Brux costs less
Barrel Twist: 9 twist - Don't need to overspin the bullet and cause more torque than needed
Barrel Length: 30-32" - not necessarily for the speed, but more for weight to help with recoil and balance.
Bullet Case: 6.5x284 necked up to 7mm for my 284 Shehane - brass lasts in the high teens for firings, especially with lighter loads
Size and Power: ??? - 180gr hybrids H4831SC or H4350 - or if you're talking about scopes...NF Competition with FCR reticle.
Front Rest: SEB NEO - THE BEST!!!
Stock: Masterclass modified BR stock for F-Class - Love the stock. Tracks perfectly!
and who built your gun? - Dana English - English Rifles in Florida. Great guy, short leadtimes and is a great short range BR shooter himself.

Action: Borden BRMXD, RBRPRE
Trigger: BixnAndy
Barrel: Bartlein/Brux/Benchmark - as long as it starts with 'B'
Barrel Twist: 1:9
Barrel Length: 32"
Bullet Case: 6.5x284 Lapua, necked up to .284
Size and Power: I'm not aware of any complaints. If you are referring to scopes, Vortex Golden Eagle, 15-60x52, ECR-1
Front Rest: Seb Mini
Stock: X-Ring
and who built your gun? I do all my own work.

The why is because this is the combination I arrived at for me personally (through a lot of trial, error and money spent) that ended up producing the results I'm looking for.

I have two, both near clones of each other:
Action: Panda Fclass
Trigger: Jewel BR
Barrel: Bartelin/Brux
Twist: 284 win 1-9, 6 Dasher 1-7.5, 300 wsm 1-10
Barrel length: 32"
Bullet case: Norma
Scope: NF 15-55 comp
Front rest: Seb Neo and Protktor rear bag
Stock: PRT Lowboy
Gunsmith: Kelbly for metal work, MasterClass for stock work.

Here's why I went with what I did, my two Panda Fclass can be swapped out with each other. I can swap bolts and barrels between the two with no issues. Plus Kelbly holds such high machining standards that you don't need to send your action off for a new barrel. I've never had any problem with my Jewel but I am thinking of trying a Bix N Andy. Barrels, you can't go wrong with Brux or Bartelin, there are other great barrel makers, I just have used Brux and Bartelin. Twist rate just depends on your bullets choice. Cases, I went with Norma on a chance when they came out with 284 brass, I hated the extra step of necking up Lapua brass, just added an extra step to my brass prep. Now I use Norma for 284, 6 dasher(trimmed to Lapua length) and 300 wsm with great success. Scope, can't go wrong with NF! Front rest, I don't think there is a better rest on the market than a Seb NEO. Stock, I like my Lowboy, it rides well in the bags but the WSM is getting one of Cerus Rifleworks new stocks here soon. For gunsmiths, I have had nothing but great experiences with Kelbly's and Masterclass, they both are at the top in my book.

Hope this helps!

Action: Savage
Trigger: Accutrigger
Barrel: Shilen Match Select
Barrel Twist: 1:8
Barrel Length: 28"
Bullet Case: If you mean bullet/case, then 6mm Berger 105gr Hybrids with Lapua 6mm BR Norma brass.
Scope Size and Power: Burris XTR 8x40x50
Front Rest: Grizzly
Stock: Boyds
and who built your gun? Me, from a used but new-in-box Savage 12. Sold the barrel and stock and had a $300 action/trigger remaining to which I screwed a Shilen barrel and bedded the result into a $119 Boyds stock topped with a used, but new-in-box $700 scope. It wins its fair share of local 600 BR and/or 600 F-Open matches and always places in the top three in spite of being the least expensive gun on the firing line; usually the cheapest by a lot. Plus I'm VERY old and VERY fat. It makes 'em grind their teeth.

Action: Numerous Barnard, Kelbly Panda, Pierce actions. Prefer the Barnards
Trigger: Barnards, Jewel, Farley, Flavio Fare
Barrel: Bartlein, Benchmark, Broughton, Tueflight, Maddco.
Barrel Twist: 8.5" to 14" twist
Barrel Length: 27-33"
Bullet Case:6PPC,22BR,6BR, 3x 6 Dashers, 2x 6.5WSSM,4x284Shehane,4x7SAUM,2x7MM300WSM,308,300WSM.
Scope Size and Power: 10-50 Sightron, 10-60x Marches
Front Rest: SEB Neo
Stock: Numerous Aluminium, carbon fibre, Laminate.
and who built your gun? Matt Paroz, LRP Solutions.

I have two barreled actions which are interchangeable with the stock, 3-4 minute job and done.

Action: Barnard model P, left bolt, left port x 2
Trigger: Barnard
Barrel: Bartlein and Kreiger
Barrel Twist: 1:8.5 twist 7mm Bartlein, 1:8 twist 6mm Kreiger - Both barrels are 5R rifled and straight profile
Barrel Length: 32" for the 7mm Bartlein, 30" for the 6mm Kreiger
Bullet Case: 280AI using Norma brass and 6BRAI using Lapua brass
Scope Size and Power: Vortex Golden Eagle x 2 (15-60x) - One with ECR reticle and the other is an SCR reticle
Front Rest: Dolphin Company Co-Axial
Stock: Low boy
Built By: Matt Paroz of LRP Solutions, Sydney, Australia

Why? A couple of guys I know shoot the 280AI with good success and with Norma producing decent factory brass for it, I thought I'd give it a go as a bit of a wind cheater. I've had it up to 2960fps using ADI2213SC but I think it's a little more accurate around 2830fps using ADI2217. Extraction is easier and it feels a little smoother under recoil.

The 6BRAI is new with only 25 cases fireformed so far, but they were pretty impressive at 600 metres using crappy Nosler Custom comp 105gr pills and 30gr of ADI2208 to fireform. Looking forward to seeing what it can do once I've foreformed a few more cases and start some more serious load development. Just moved to the other side of Australia so it will have to wait a few months unfortunately.
