I would be interested in F class spotters too for the Cadillac Michigan Club. Could you describe them, I would like to get an idea of what they are like before I call the gentleman in Minn.

Description : one piece 1 1/2 " soft plastic , very bright white and easy to handle. There is no hard center pin to explode when hit so the safety alone is worth considering. The center shots do far less damage to the target.

Thanks for posting this. I do intend to get some of these on order for the MO F-Class State Championship. Once you use these, it makes you wonder why it would be done any other way.

If they make these in a larger size, they might be a good choice for LR Matches as well.

I've seen a few requests for the description of these. I took a picture of them last year at a match because I was impressed with them.

If there is a better way to do something, Immike usually figures it out.

The little while piece of plastic is what we are discussing in this thread. The big black piece is what they use for the scoring disk at the Thursday club matches. Both work excellent compared to the standard paper and wooden or plastic spindle scoring/spotting disks.

I didn't realize yours are all torn up. Ifin ya would have sent me an email I could have brought some up for you this weekend. I've got a bag full on my reloading bench...

Joe Gallagher makes some out of paper in a cone shape. They work so good that when there is a hit dead center. You won't know until you pull the spotter and see the back end blown out. No more ducking plastic!!!!

We went to 12x12 coraplastic repair centers a few years ago on our foam board targets and it led us in a good direction. 1st off that they last and made target upkeep cheaper/easier, 2nd was that the round end on the plastic spindles wouldn't work on them so we went back to wood because they have sharper points and you could find a hole in a new center. The hard plastic spindles for the card discs are more dangerous than I first thought but after seeing a couple minor injuries lately from them, now I know not to use them again. This product Mr. Adamski makes is the solution to this. Spindle hits are not stopping the shooting for repairs when a guy is on a roll and we just save all around from that. The long slender taper makes them easy to use without force or need to push in deep. We just bought 1100 of them so we don't run out.
