F Class levelling rear bag?

I'm just entering into shotting F Class competitions & since competing have always wondered why someone (they might already) wouldn't have levelling legs or spikes on their rear bag to locate & level the rear bag like you would with a pederstal front rest. Is this against F Class rules or just something that no one has really experimented with? Excuse my ignorance as I'm a newbie to this sport.

Correct me if I am wrong, the F Class Rules in ICFRA do not seems to have an issue with the leveling foot/spike. Could we get a clear answer as to which set of rule apply to the next World F Class competition that is to be held in USA. USA is listed under ICFRA as a member country. Thanks!

The ICFRA rules do not address the issue of spikes, etc. on the rear rest. I would guess that NRA will need to make that determination if the need arises. I also note that ICFRA seems to allow mechanically adjustable rear rests under F2.16 while U.S. NRA prohibits it. Another area for resolution.

Thanks for your prompt attention and rising another issue :). Since USA is the hosting nation for the next World Champioship, anyone know for sure which set of rule would apply? Thanks!
