I wouldn’t be afraid of a Vortex Golden Eagle either. They can be had used for around $1200

I obtained an excellent sight picture with my Sightron 5-40x56mm SV111

I have the Sightron SV10-50×60 ED glass and the OLDER SV10-50×60. Love the coarse/fine focus. Have Dan Pohlabel Mirage cap on all my Sightron scopes for midrange, LR, and smallbore f class rifles. S3 10-50×60mm on my Anschutz smallbore f class rifle. Buy them from LanceXXX on this forum.
